Beginning August 1, 2026, families can celebrate in our beautifully renovated 1902 Depot and adjoining deck, a one-of-a-kind setting filled with railroad history and fun.

Your private party includes exclusive access to the Depot, plus time to explore the museum’s many fascinating railroad exhibits and two captivating model train exhibits. It’s the perfect destination for young train enthusiasts… and anyone who loves a unique celebration.

Party Host Provides

  • Birthday cake

  • Cleanup of the Depot, deck, and surrounding grounds before departure

Party Times

Mondays & Tuesdays

  • Party time: Choose any two-hour time slot between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.
  • Access for decorating begins 1/2 hour prior.

Wednesdays through Sundays

  • Party time: 5:00–7:00 pm
  • Access for decorating begins at 4:30 pm.

Party Size

Maximum of 20 guests. (This includes the adults present.)

Pricing

$500 for a two-hour private party.
